In June 2022, the Quebec government adopted a regulation on the management of redeemable containers This new regulatory framework, in force since November 1, is based on a collaborative approach actively involving social economy enterprises.

With the Giveaway of three working committees, we explored concrete solutions for :

1. Facilitate the integration and retention in employment of people with disabilities. 
2. Encourage social entrepreneurship in the management of end-of-life redeemable containers . 
3. Reduce the effects of precariousness and social exclusion.
