Where to return
There are two kind of return sites for redeemable beverage containers :
- Zone Consignaction spaces
- Returns sites Consignaction et Consignaction+
Consignaction Mobile App
1. Scan the QR code: Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code and download our mobile app.
2. Create your account: Enter your information in order to create your account.
3. You're all set!: Before dropping off your containers, use the app to scan the QR code at the recycling machine.
4. Receive your payment: You will receive the credit in your mobile app account within 7 days.

Opening hours: Same as the retailer’s
Services: Single-unit returns
Refunds : currently applicable, cash or deduction on purchase invoice
Consignaction return site
User group : citizens
Opening hours:
From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday
From 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday and Friday

Single-unit returns
Express return: bag drop unsorted redeemable beverage containers
Customer assistance
Refunds: once open, refunds for Single-unit returns (reverse vending machines) will be made either in cash or via secure means for mobile app users, while the Express return service offers app users a secure electronic refund within 7 working days.
Consignaction+ return site
Clientele: citizens, industrial, commercial and institutional (ICI) customers, establishments offering on-site consumption
Opening hours:
From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday
From 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday and Friday

Single-unit returns
Express return: bag drop unsorted redeemable beverage containers
Bulk return: bag drop of very large quantities of unsorted redeemable beverage containers
Customer assistance
Refunds: upon opening, refunds for Single-unit returns will be either cash or secure for mobile app users, while Express Returns offers app users a secure electronic refund within 7 working days. For Bulk returns, both refund options are available: cash or secure electronic means within 7 working days.
