  • Opening hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Thursdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Closed on January 1st, June 24th and December 25th. Reduced hours on January 2nd (1pm-7pm), 24th (8am-3pm), 26th (1pm-7pm) and December 31st (8am-3pm).

Lobby or kiosk space for retailers selling redeemable beverage containers with a sales area greater than 375m2 (4,036 ft2)

  • Opening hours: generally according to the hours of the retailer

 

Get your refund electronically with the Consignaction mobile app.

To obtain a deposit-refund secure electronic means, simply create a Consignaction account using the Consignaction mobile app. This service is particularly popular with people in a hurry (not applicable in Zone Consignaction).

 

How to do it? 

  • Scan the QR code with your phone's camera and download the Consignaction mobile app Consignaction or visit app.consignaction.ca).
  • Create your account. You will be assigned a unique QR code.
  • Once you arrive, drop off your containers using either the Return to Unit, Express Return Bulk Return options. Identify yourself using your QR code or phone number. The beverage containers you return will be sorted and counted later. The amount of money you have accumulated will then appear in your Consignaction account.
  •  Request a refund and your e-transfer will be sent to you within 24 hours.
