Full job description

Under the supervision of the Senior Director, Public Affairs and Communications, the Program and Brand Image Advisor is responsible for Consignaction's outreach by managing the production of the organization's various sponsorship/brand image projects.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Programs and Partnerships

  • Develop, implement and evaluate innovative partnership and sponsorship strategies (activation, visibility plan, events, etc.) to support action plans and objectives;
  • Retaining partners and renewing partnership agreements;
  • Establish a partnership and sponsorship policy;
  • Keep abreast of best practices in the partnership and sponsorship sector;
  • Define performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of partnership agreements.

  • Participate in the planning and evaluation of annual marketing and communications strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve targeted recovery objectives;
  • Implement and execute marketing and communications plans;
  • Participate in the development of communication and branding strategies;
  • Manage the organization's visual identity;
  • Suggest appropriate communication channels and marketing tools;
  • Represent and share communication and marketing initiatives with the organization's stakeholders;

 

Profile required

  • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
  • At least five to seven years' relevant experience.
  • Any equivalent combination of training and experience will be taken into account.
  • Demonstrate an excellent sense of creativity and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Writer, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good oral and written communication skills (French and English)

Who we are

The Association québécoise de récupération des contenants de boissons (AQRCB) is the designated management organization (DMO) for the development, implementation, financing and management of the deposit-refund system, which has been modernized according to the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) principle. It brings together the various beverage producers involved in the recovery, reuse, recycling and reclamation of beverage containers in the province of Quebec.
