Step 2 - Please complete the pick-up form below.

Consignaction will make every effort to assist you in obtaining service from pick-up or to direct you to a location to return your refundable/returnable containers. A member of our customer service team will contact you.

This information is important to us, as it will be used to improve our service offering at pick-up.

Please note that as of November 1^st 2023, Consignaction is required to offer a priority pick-up service for returnable containers to on-site establishments. For this reason, we cannot guarantee any delay in obtaining a pick-up service.
