Laval, Saturday, May 12, 2018 - Around 50 Laval scouts undertook a refundable/returnable containers collection with the aim of financing their annual activities. All day long, the young scouts of 205e Saint-Elzéar crisscrossed Laval's Vimont district to collect the precious cans and bottles that citizens had taken care to leave outside their doors. The money raised represents a significant portion of the organization's annual operating budget. The event was organized in collaboration with the Provigo market on boulevard René-Laennec. Well done to these resourceful youngsters, and thank you to all eco-responsible citizens!
