CF Montréal goes green

Consignaction will be present among the thousands of CF Montréal fans throughout the soccer season, carrying its message loud and clear: Give the Planet a Break! As part of a partnership agreement with our famous soccer club, Consignaction will make available to spectators some sixty boxes of deposit-refund. All containers collected at the stadium are sorted and recycled. A Consignaction animation team will also be on hand at each game to raise awareness among CF fans of the ecological value of deposit-refund and invite them to enter a contest to win a season ticket for the 2023 season.

"We're very happy to help create a greener environment in Saputo Stadium. People need to know that deposit-refund is the most ecological recovery method available, because 100% of the cans and bottles that are returned are recycled, there's no waste," explains Sophie Boissonneault, Communications Director for the Consignaction program.
