Full job description 

Under the supervision of the Territory Supervisor, the Returns Advisor is responsible for the daily operation and proper functioning of the drop-off point . The person in post will have to assist citizens in the process of returning redeemable containers .

Main tasks and responsibilities 

• Provide service to citizens; 

• Welcome users as well as external suppliers; 
• Count returned containers using the tools in place; 
• Carry out sorting and stacking of materials; 
• Maintain the cleanliness of the premises; 
• Operate the point of sale (POS) system; 
• Ensure that the equipment on site is working properly and take the necessary steps when required.

Experience and knowledge 

• Experience in customer service;
